Jolly Phonics is a fun and child centred approach to teaching literacy through synthetic phonics. In this course, we focus on teaching ‘ reading, writing & speaking using the sounds produced by a letter or letter combinations. These sounds are taught in a systematic way, alongside all of the skills needed for being a fluent reader and writer. Jolly Phonics also teaches all of this in a fun and engaging way, through characters, stories, actions, songs and games!
Jolly Grammar is an all-rounded program that involves the systematic teaching of spelling, grammar, punctuation and vocabulary. Jolly Grammar enables children to develop accuracy in spelling and writing through the utilization of colors and actions.
Good handwriting contributes to reading fluency because it activates visual perception of letters’.
This course is especially designed for children looking to improve their handwriting skills.
